CORE REFLEXOLOGY

The goal of this course is to teach you all the information you need to know before starting the foot or hand reflexology course.

You will learn about the History & Theory of reflexology as well as Zone therapy that our foot reflexology course is based on.

You will learn about the different systems of the body and conditions affecting them as well as an introduction to documentations, intro to ethics & standards and much more.

It can be taught online or in person.

It can be taught along with foot or hand reflexology or as a stand-alone course.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

The goal of this course is to teach you all the information you need to know to become a Certified Foot Reflexologist. Also to prepare you to challenge the exams to become a professional member of the Reflexology Association of Canada, should you choose.

Using the most current materials

we will cover how zone therapy is used in foot reflexology, treatment documentation, the RAC approved foot reflexology method and much more.

This is can be taught partly online and in person (practical portion must be in person) or completely in person.

HAND REFLEXOLOGY
